& General Fees
These
rates are calculated to take account of the time and expense
involved in the wide variety of tasks we undertake as a publicity
service - if in doubt please send text, previous sample or
artwork etc and we will quote for you. Rates are subject to
alteration from time to time but relevant information on this
site will be kept up to date.
SUBSCRIBING:
Your mailings are free for a year as an initial enquirer.
At the end of this period you should receive a reminder to
subscribe @£6 per annum. However you can forward you
subscription by one year any time @£5. Paying for your
mailing ensures that you receive the Bulletin by post hot
off the press with the first batch. NB the due-date of your
subscription is always shown on your label.You can get also
be forwarded one issue each time a new subscriber mentions
your name...
USING OUR SERVICES: A booking
fee of £10 is payable per transaction, to include all
items invoiced together, in addition to the specific costs
for design, advert, leaflet distribution, web design etc which
are pro rata, and this also keeps you on our mailing list
for another year, so a separate subscription is not required.
This is to encourage you to plan your requirements as one
package. However, we will to renew existing adverts or add
another item without booking fee if you send the correct amount
before the copydate with an SAE for a receipt if required.
Ongoing packages by banker's order are also available. Please
study these pages which try to explain the different services
we offer before contacting us.
DISTRIBUTION:
if you do not need to advertise but can distribute our publications,
ie our own Bulletin (called PATHWAYS), and occasionally other
leaflets we are given to distribute, by displaying them on
your premises, there is no subscription to pay, just let us
know, and we will add you to our mailing list.
TERMS:
Our services are offered SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF
TIME & SPACE: We also reserve the right to defer or reject
unsuitable material without explanation. Regarding leaflet
inserts, if the print quantity falls short of the allocation,
the total quantity booked must be paid for as if all items
had been delivered, but if additional quantities are delivered
over and above the allocation, they will be handled at the
earliest opportunity, ie additional print items delivered
to us are deemed to be part of the job, and must be paid for.
Regarding adverts, we cannot guarantee to use all camera-ready
designs as publication depends on visual and electronic compatibilty.
All orders must be pre-paid unless otherwise agreed: we regret
that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including
error or omission on our part: any overpaid amounts are held
in credit for future use. If in doubt of costs you may send
aminimum deposit of £20 and the balance will be invoiced.
Invoices or receipts as appropriate are sent routinely: if,
having received an invoice you also require a receipt, please
return your invoice for signing with an SAE.
