and share with humour and enthusiasm the way of joyful

TAMING THE TIGER with Lama
Zangmo Sat 9 & Sun 10 June 10am - 4pm £50: This is
an introduction to some of the methods used in Akong
Rinpoche's book 'Taming the Tiger' as a means to develop
relaxation, mental stability, and inner peace. The
course will be a combination of instructions and meditation.
HOLISTIC TREATMENT DAY Sun
17 June 11am - 6pm Open Day free entry: perfect opportunity
to get a complementary treatment at low cost. There
will be individual treatments of Reflexology, Shiatsu,
Acupuncture, Massage and Many other therapies. Classes
in Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Tara Rokpa Relaxation,
will also be held at intervals throughout the day.
Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available and
