The Open Centre, founded in
1977, is one of the longest established centres
for self-development in the UK. We offer people
an opportunity to increase their awareness of
themselves - in a supportive environment, to look
deeply and realistically at all aspects of themselves
– body, mind, feelings, spirit – relationships
with others – assumptions and decisions about
life and work, etc.
Our member practitioners
have many years of experience in their particular
areas of practice: Richard Mowbray

Brown (Primal Integration), Guy Gladstone
(Bioenergetics and Psychodrama), and Silke
Ziehl (Deep Bodywork, Pulsing).
