| The Association
for Humanistic Psychology (AHP), founded
in the sixties, is an international association of people
who are interested in exploring human experience and behaviour
through the broad spectrum of approaches encompassed by humanistic
psychology. Working with a wide-lensed and mulit-faceted vision
leads to the study and understanding of people in their entirety.
People are seen as whole beings made of many interacting parts,
for example: body, feelings, thoughts, senses, imagination
and spirit. Members in Britain receive a bi-monthly magazine
called "Self & Society" and you can ask for
a sample copy. Contact AHP(B), BM Box 3582, London,

| PATHWAYS
NETWORK was founded in 1988 to help people find
their own pathway to personal growth (rather than be "done
to" by psychiatry). It was also inspired by a vision
of linking up the centres of light. Currently Pathways operates
more like an information service than an organisation, but
we do network, and we are helped very much by volunteers.
Once we have learned the skills of managing this website better
we may be able to function more as the network we always wanted
to be, so watch this space and contact
us. |
