The nature of esoteric work and the modalities used by the facilitator, as many authors will confirm, is for the most part experiential and not easy to relay or describe in written form. To combat this and to do justice to their work we always organise evening talks and demonstrations prior to the introductory level workshop so that anyone can, if they wish, test and experience for themselves the personality, style and abilities of the prospective teacher.
