On our venue pages you will find there is no floor plan. We are trying to bring a balanced and co-ordinated feel, and once the stands have been designated, which will be done a few days before the show, the decision will be final. All the shows will be screened, and you will be expected to be professional both in stand presentation and content. We think it important that stallholders can work within their budget, so we have listed the prices of the sizes of the stands, and the costs involved. £50 per stand secures your booking, and the remainder should be paid one month prior to the event, otherwise your stand could be re-allocated. About one week before the festival you will be allocated a stand number for the show.

There is a bonus for prompt bookings: As soon as your deposit is received, we will place your contact details on the web-page for the shows you have booked - these details are included in the form below, ie your personal or company name and phone number. If you link to Whole Life Festivals on your website we will place a link to your website from our listing. Once your final payment has been received, your explanatory words will be added, and also a photo, if you send it to the webmaster. If you do not have a website and wish to establish a "beginner" web-presence, please contact Pathways.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

A £50 non returnable deposit is required per stand booked. Failure to pay the full balance by the designated date will forfeit both deposit and stand.

All chairs, tables and free standing items must be kept within the depth of the stand, and not in the aisle. Failure to do so will result in the items removed (in accordance with Fire Regulations). Leaflet displays will be managed by Pathways Information Service: 020-7607-7852.

Your signature on this form and/or your submission of it by email acknowedges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Cheques to be made payable to M Bromley.

Bookings for our festivals are being processed with the assistance of Pathways Information Service, who will take online deposits on our behalf. This form should accompany both online and cheque deposits of £50 per show. If you are sending your deposit by cheque, you can simply print this web-page and fill it in by hand, but it would be even more helpful if you could complete the form online and to save you re-writing the information, before you press the SEND MESSAGE tab at the bottom, print the page, and post it to the address at the foot of the form with your cheque - this will save us re-keying your data. Once you have submitted the form a payment page will open up, which will enable you to pay your deposit online with a credit or debit card. Please make sure that the email address you have put in the form is the same one you use for paypal, so that your payment can be matched with the form you submit. Either way, your booking will be confirmed back to you with a receipt or an invoice for final payment, according to the shows you have chosen.
